About the Founders
Harry Narang
Agile Transformation Coach | Trainer | Author
Harry is an Award Winning Corporate Trainer and Business Consultant, and Accomplished Author (Legendary Consulting – How to Consult Like the Top 1%).
Harry has led over 30 successful SAFe enterprise transformations in the public and private sectors. He is known as one of the world's top SAFe Practitioners and Trainers and has empowered over 40,000 corporate professionals worldwide as a Subject Matter Expert and Business Skills Trainer.
He specializes in Lean-Agile, Portfolio Leadership, System Transformation and was recognized by Toastmasters International as one of North America's top 9 speakers and trainers in 2016. His goal is to help people and organizations achieve breakthrough results in businesses.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver.
Outside of work, Harry loves spending time with his family exploring local hiking and biking trails.

As a highly sought after expert in coaching through change, Amy has led 10+ full lifecycle Scaled Agile transformations focused in the Finance, Education, Healthcare and Government sectors.
Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, and a Master's degree in Mathematical Finance (MMF) from the University of Toronto, Canada.
Amy's areas of specialization include Agile Methodologies, Lean-Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework, Software Development, and Financial Services. Her goal is to help businesses overcome pressing challenges, and equip individuals with transformational skills and a growth mindset.
In her spare time, Amy loves spending time with her partner and son, exploring the world and visiting new countries each year.
